It is a family restaurant with a long tradition of making a preparing various meals with Dalmatian touch, following the steps of a beautifull Island Šolta.
Our various range of meals consists of specialties like fresh fish or meat, pasta, pizza, kids menu or accrobacy from the grill made by our chef and grill master.
On the end, sweeten up your day with homemade cakes or bring back the memories from your childhood with our domestic pancakes.
'Volat' - translated as a pass through or place on the way you must pass over... which makes imposibble to skip our restaurant and not to hear or feel our story from the old times.
Our story begins, and continues by passing a knowledge from generation to generation, from Old to Young, and every year, by opening our doors to people, domestic or foreigners, our story writes a new chapter.
